Tri-State Seminar prides ourselves with retaining records of our attendee’s continuing education hours for at least 3 years.  Here on our website, you will find a link for 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.  These links will give you access to your certificates.  You will be asked to enter your email address and Confirmation # from that year.  In 2017, 2018 & 2019 the confirmation numbers were printed on your name badge.
