Notice to All Program Attendees
- All attendees and guests must be registered.
- Due to security enforcement, every attendee and their registered
guests are required to wear their badges at all seminar sessions,
Exhibitor Arena, events, and activities.
- Each session will be held for 50 minutes and
you have 10 minutes between classes.
- Close Door Policy will be in effect at each session. Therefore, once
the session starts and the door closes you can no longer enter
the session. There will plenty of time between session for you to
arrive on time to the next session.
- Seating is limited, therefore be early as there will be a close door
policy at each session once the presentation begins.
- No smoking at any areas dedicated to the Tri-State seminar, i.e.,
meeting rooms or Exhibitor Arena where sessions held,
registration, and lobby area.
- All attendees must wear their badges in the Exhibitor Arena.
Also, all guests of the attendees must wear their badges too.
- No children are allowed in the classes. However, children are allowed
in the Exhibitor Arena and must be accompanied by an adult.
- You must attend an entire session in order to receive educational credit
(CEU or PDH). It is the attendees responsibility to scan in and out of each
session, no scan, no credit. You will also not get credit if you arrive
late or leave early.
- Education credit fee is included in the registration cost. Once you
complete your classes you must turn in your education credit form at the
registration desk on Saturday, September 27, 2008.
