As a condition of participation in the Tri-State Seminar (TSS), attendees are expected to demonstrate their commitment to TSS’s values by conducting themselves in a manner consistent with, but not limited to, exhibiting common courtesy and civility to all seminar participants; acting in a professional and ethical manner; supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization; and refraining from any discriminatory or harassing behavior directed toward any TSS participants.
