Through our annual three-day seminar, Tri-State Seminar, LLC (TSS) provides affordable, high-quality educational training opportunities to water and wastewater professionals from across the United States. The technical sessions and workshops hosted at the seminar are designed to provide continuing education, professional development, and technical advances to support the mission and vision of our Member Associations; AZ Water Association (AZ Water), California Water Environment Association (CWEA), and the Nevada Water Environment Association (NWEA).

PREMIUM SPONSORSHIP LEVELS & BENEFITS
Avoid the rush! Companies securing a sponsorship opportunity will be afforded early priority access to the exhibit booth registration process before general Exhibit Hall registration opens. If you select and receive confirmation for a PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER, OR COPPER sponsorship opportunity during this registration period, you will be offered an opportunity to secure your booth registration (i.e. no need to register separately when general exhibit booth registration opens)!! Note that each premium sponsorship option includes a set maximum number of booths that are included in the specific option. Through the online portal, you will select your premium sponsorship option and the number of booth space(s) you would like to reserve. The TSS Sponsorship & Exhibit Hall Committees will review and approve premium sponsor and booth registrations to ensure no duplicate registrations have been completed by the same company. We will contact successful Sponsors directly to select your booth space location, with Platinum sponsors being contacted first, followed by Gold, Silver, and then Copper. We anticipate this process will take place over the course of three weeks after Premium Sponsorship closes.

PLATINUM LEVEL SPONSOR BENEFITS - $10,000
Includes five (5) complimentary attendee seminar registrations, opportunity to purchase up to fourteen (14) exhibit hall booth spaces during early-access period full-page advertisement in the on-site program guide and choice of one of the following sponsorship options:

GOLF TOURNAMENT TEE SPONSOR - $250
Includes DIGITAL LOGO on each golf cart at sponsored tee, recognition at golf tournament lunch and company name listed in the on-site program guide and post seminar magazine.
LOGO & ADVERTISEMENT DEADLINE
Camera ready art must be received by May 01, 2026 to be acknowledged in the Program Guide. Acceptable formats for logos include PNG (preferred), GIF, JPEG, or PDF. The TSS Sponsorship Task Force shall make reasonable efforts to secure an approved logo from the Sponsor prior to publication deadlines. The Sponsor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tri-State Seminar, LLC against any liability, damage, loss, or expense resulting from the unintentional use of an incorrect logo.
Advertisements included with the Platinum and Gold level sponsorships must be submitted by May 01, 2026 to be included in the Program Guide. This advertisement will be directly coordinated through the Sponsorship Task Force. SEND THIS ADVERTISEMENT

CANCELLATIONS
